Please note: DORMU products are produced in small batches to limit environmental impact. Due to the ongoing supply chain deceleration your order may experience a delay.

Free shipping to Hong Kong and Singapore on all orders.

Free shipping to all other countries on orders of US$385 or above.

Shipping Process
Once you have placed an order, we shall endeavour to ship your product as soon as possible. Please note, some colours and sizes have higher demand and may experience longer shipping times. When your order is ready for shipping and leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track the status of your order and estimated delivery times.

Orders in Hong Kong and Singapore are expected to arrive in 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders from most countries across Asia are expected to arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of purchase. Orders outside of Asia are expected to take no longer than 28 business days.

Preorders will be shipped on dates specified on the relevant product pages.

Please note that business days are considered to be Monday-Friday. Public holidays and weekends are not included in shipping estimates.

If you have not received a notification within two weeks of your purchase, please contact us or email and we will provide you with an update. We will endeavour to resolve any fulfilment and delivery issues immediately and limit the impact on you.

Please note that due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience slightly longer than expected delivery times. This is dependent upon on location and evolving local government restrictions. We will keep you updated regarding changes wherever possible. Our estimates reflect our general operations and we thank you in advance for your understanding of possible delays as a result of the pandemic.

Please note. Due to the size and weight of our weighted blankets, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer
If you have used an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, we will amend the shipping details. If an incorrect address has been provided and we have already processed and shipped your order, then there may be an additional processing fee to get a new order shipped to your address.
