Bamboo sheets are extremely durable, and become softer and more comfortable with each wash!
We recommend washing separately from other items in cold water and on a gentle setting. If you’re using a dryer, also choose a low heat or cool setting. There is no need to use a fabric softener, they’re already soft enough!

We recommend selecting a flat sheet that is a minimum of 70 cm (28 inches) longer than the length and width of your mattress.

We recommend selecting a fitted sheet that is either the same or one size larger than the length and width of your mattress.
Our fitted sheets are designed to fit all standard mattress widths and lengths. If you own a custom mattress we recommend purchased a sheet set one size larger. For example, a larger customised single bed will be best suited to a double sheet set.

Won’t I get too hot?
All products in the DORMU sleep collection are designed with Asia’s climate in mind. As the name suggests, the Cooler weighted blanket will keep you cool and comfortable regardless of the time of year. The Cooler collection is made from lyocell bamboo, this ultra-breathable material is thermoregulating and silky smooth, making it feel like the cool-side of your pillow all the time!

Why Bamboo?
An ultra-breathable, hypoallergenic, durable and thermoregulating material. Bamboo is often described as the ethical alternative to silk but we think it’s so much more than just a like-for-like alternative.
Unlike silk, bamboo is naturally longer lasting when used for sheets and pillowcases. It’s not only better for the environment but for your wallet too.
The large gaps between smooth strands enables air to flow evenly through the material, making it one of the most breathable and thermoregulating fabrics available. Unlike silk, which is delicate and must be hand-washed, bamboo is stain-resistant and won’t discolour over time. On the contrary, it becomes softer with each wash!
Using a bamboo pillowcase is also bliss for all hair types, Whereas cotton pillowcases cause friction and the dreaded “bedhead” which can damage your hair, bamboo is gentle on your hair follicles and less disruptive.
Lyocell bamboo is also the most environmentally friendly variant of this sustainable material as it’s produced in a closed-loop meaning there is no water wastage during production!
